Dr.
Kulbaski completed his general surgery residency at Massachusetts General
Hospital, Boston, MA and vascular surgery fellowship At Emory University
Hospital, Atlanta, GA. He has published and lectured extensively on vascular
and vein disease. Dr. Kulbaski is currently the Assistant Director of General
Surgery at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Poughkeepsie, NY.
Jayesh R. Modi, M.D., F.A.C.S., R.V.T.
Dr. Jayesh Modi completed his general surgery residency at the State University of New York in Buffalo and vascular surgery fellowship at Southern Illinois University. He is currently the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at St. Francis Hospital, Poughkeepsie, NY, Director of the Wound Care Center at St. Francis Hospital and the Medical Director of the ICAVL accredited vascular laboratory of Dutchess Surgical Associates, P.C..
Pawan K. Jindal M.D., F.A.C.S., R.V.T.
Dr. Jindal completed his general surgery residency at the University
of Ottawa, Ontario Canada. He has an additional Vascular Surgery
Fellowship training for one year and is a Fellow of the Eastern
Vascular Society. He is a former Chief of Surgery at St. Francis
Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York.
